Job summary

Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. is seeking a proactive Chief of Staff to partner with the Corporate VP of Engineering Enablement in Seattle.

This hands‑on role will manage daily operations, drive strategic initiatives, and serve as a trusted advisor across business and technical teams. The ideal candidate excels in fast‑paced environments, builds strong relationships, and can communicate effectively with executives and partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is required.
• PMP and/or MBA are preferred.
• Experience leading technical or cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Engineering Enablement (EE) operation and drive weekly staff and meetings.
• Collaborate with HR on internal communications and Town Halls.
• Partner with Finance, Legal, and Procurement to meet strategic goals.
• Drive long-range planning and budget targets (OPEX/Capex).
• Manage hiring plans and lab/data center capacity in collaboration with Lab Strategy.
• Prepare high‑level executive presentations for the CVP and staff.
