Qualifications

• 10+ years of business leadership experience including as Chief of Staff, with budget, operations, and exec communications.
• 8+ years of Excel, analytics, and reporting experience with strong financial acumen and ROI tracking.
• 6+ years managing structured business processes, including recruiting and onboarding, cross-functional governance.
• 6+ years of excellent written communication with ability to craft executive-ready materials with minimal guidance.
• 5+ years thriving in fast-paced, matrixed organizations with independent results.

Responsibilities

• Financial stewardship: manage capital and operating budget, track ROI, build financial narratives for budget reviews.
• Operational rhythm: run recruiting, onboarding, organize leadership workshops, maintain meeting cadence.
• Executive communication: produce executive-ready materials and town hall content for leadership and stakeholders.
• Strategic planning and performance: support annual/mid-year planning, track progress with scorecards and metrics.
• Talent management: run talent reviews and calibration, analyze engagement results, support growth.
• Cross-functional coordination: partner with peer Chiefs of Staff and broader organization to share best practices.
• Issue resolution: identify blockers and escalate to SVP as needed.
