You will lead operating rhythms, talent reviews, and cross-functional coordination in a fast-paced analytics environment, with a strong emphasis on AI-driven storytelling and strategic planning.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership experience including as a Chief of Staff.
• 8+ years of Excel, analytics and reporting experience.
• 6+ years in managing and optimizing structured business processes.
• 6+ years of executive-level written communication experience.
• 5+ years thriving in fast-paced, matrixed organizations.

Responsibilities

• Own financial stewardship: manage capital and operating budgets and ROI narratives.
• Run the organizational rhythm: oversee recruiting, onboarding, and leadership workshops.
• Create executive-ready communications and town hall content.
• Support strategic planning with goal setting and scorecard updates.
• Lead talent reviews, engagement analyses, and growth initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional updates with Chiefs of Staff and DDA&T teams.
• Identify blockers and escalate to the SVP when needed.
