CVS Health is seeking a strategic Chief of Staff to the SVP of Healthcare Analytics. You will own the numbers, processes, and executive communications that keep the organization funded and aligned with its bold analytics agenda.

You will partner on annual and mid-year planning, lead talent reviews, coordinate cross-functional priorities, and drive accountability across Budget, People, and Performance dashboards. This is a high-visibility role in a leading healthcare analytics team.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of business leadership experience, including as a Chief of Staff, with expertise in budget management, operational process development, and executive-level communications.
• 8+ years of Excel, analytics, and reporting experience, with strong financial acumen and a proven ability to track ROI, measure value realization, and deliver executive insights.
• 6+ years of experience managing and optimizing structured business processes, including recruiting operations, onboarding programs, and cross-functional governance, with a proven ability to drive execution and operational excellence.
• 6+ years of excellent written communication experience, with a proven ability to develop executive-ready materials with minimal guidance from senior leaders.
• 5+ years of experience thriving in fast-paced, matrixed organizations, with a proven ability to drive results independently and without direct team support.

Responsibilities

• Ownership of financial stewardship across the portfolio and ROI tracking for initiatives.
• Manage recruiting pipeline, onboarding, and leadership onsite workshops; maintain transparency and engagement.
• Produce executive-ready materials and communications for leadership updates and town halls.
