CVS Health is seeking a high-impact Chief of Staff to Healthcare Analytics. You will own the numbers, processes, and communications that keep the organization funded and accountable while partnering with senior leaders to drive strategic initiatives.

You will orchestrate budget control, recruiting pipelines, and leadership town halls, shaping the narrative for executives and stakeholders across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of business leadership experience at senior levels such as Chief of Staff.
• 8+ years of Excel, analytics, and reporting with strong financial acumen.
• 6+ years of managing structured business processes including recruiting, onboarding, governance.
• 6+ years of excellent written communication for executive materials.
• 5+ years thriving in fast-paced, matrixed organizations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee capital and operating budgets; track ROI and value realization.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and leadership workshops; ensure cadence and transparency.
• Produce executive-ready materials and communications for leadership and stakeholders.
• Support annual and mid-year planning; track progress with scorecards and metrics.
• Run talent reviews and calibration; analyze engagement results and drive actions.
• Coordinate across the Digital, Data, Analytics and Technology org to share best practices.
• Identify blockers and escalate to the SVP to keep initiatives moving.
