Job summary

CVS Health seeks an experienced Chief of Staff for Healthcare Analytics to own the numbers, processes, and communications that keep the organization funded and accountable.

You will partner on annual planning, manage recruitment and onboarding, and drive leadership communications. This high-visibility role blends innovation, strategy, finance, and storytelling to accelerate impact across a large analytics organization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of business leadership experience, including as a Chief of Staff, with expertise in budget management, operational process development, and executive-level communications.
• 8+ years of Excel, analytics, and reporting experience, with strong financial acumen and a proven ability to track ROI, measure value realization, and deliver executive insights.
• 6+ years of experience managing and optimizing structured business processes, including recruiting operations, onboarding programs, and cross-functional governance.
• 6+ years of excellent written communication experience, with a proven ability to develop executive-ready materials with minimal guidance from senior leaders.
• 5+ years of experience thriving in fast-paced, matrixed organizations, with a proven ability to drive results independently and without direct team support.

Responsibilities

• Financial stewardship: managing the capital and operating budget across the portfolio and building the financial narrative for budget reviews with business partners.
• Operational rhythm: run the recruiting pipeline, manage onboarding, and organize leadership onsite workshops with a clear meeting cadence.
• Executive communication: produce executive-ready materials and town halls to represent the organization’s work.
• Strategic planning and performance management support: partner on annual and mid-year planning, track progress with scorecards and metrics.
• Talent management processes: run talent reviews, analyze engagement survey results, and support growth.
• Cross-functional coordination: connect with peer Chiefs of Staff and Digital, Data, Analytics and Technology orgs to share best practices.
• Issue resolution: identify blockers and escalate to the SVP as needed.
