CVS Health is seeking a seasoned business leader to serve as the right hand to the SVP of Healthcare Analytics. You will own the numbers, budget, and the processes that keep the function running, and craft the narratives shared with senior leaders.

This role blends strategy, finance, and storytelling, offering high visibility and opportunities to influence decision making across healthcare analytics. Remote-friendly, full-time, with strong emphasis on AI-enabled storytelling.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of business leadership experience, including as a Chief of Staff.
• 8+ years of Excel, analytics, and reporting experience with ROI tracking.
• 6+ years of managing structured business processes and cross-functional governance.
• 6+ years of excellent written executive communications experience.
• 5+ years thriving in fast-paced, matrixed organizations.

Aufgaben

• Own the numbers and budget across the portfolio and share financial narratives.
• Run recruiting, onboarding, and leadership workshops to maintain transparency.
• Create executive-ready updates and town hall content for leadership.
• Support annual and mid-year planning with scorecards and metrics.
• Lead talent reviews and analyze engagement results to drive actions.
• Coordinate with peer Chiefs of Staff and Digital Analytics teams to share best practices.
• Identify blockers and escalate to the SVP as needed.
