Qualifications

• 10+ years of business leadership experience, including as a Chief of Staff, with budget management and executive communications.
• 8+ years of Excel, analytics, and reporting experience with ROI tracking and executive insights.
• 6+ years of managing structured business processes, including recruiting, onboarding, governance.
• 6+ years of excellent written communication with executive-ready materials.
• 5+ years thriving in fast-paced, matrixed organizations with independent drive.

Responsibilities

• Manage the capital and operating budget; track ROI and value realization.
• Run recruiting pipeline and onboarding; organize leadership workshops; drive transparency.
• Produce executive-ready materials and communications for leadership and stakeholders.
• Support annual and mid-year planning with scorecards and metrics tracking.
• Oversee talent reviews, engagement surveys, and talent growth initiatives.
• Coordinate with peer Chiefs of Staff and Digital, Data, Analytics and Technology teams.
• Identify blockers and escalate to the SVP when needed.
