You will own the numbers, processes, and communications that keep the organization funded and accountable, partnering with senior leaders to shape strategy and storytelling across a major analytics function in healthcare.

Formación

• 10+ years of business leadership experience, including as a Chief of Staff, with budget management and executive communications.
• 8+ years of Excel, analytics, and reporting with strong financial acumen and ROI tracking.
• 6+ years managing structured business processes, including recruiting and onboarding, with execution focus.
• 6+ years of exceptional written communication with executive-level materials.
• 5+ years thriving in fast-paced, matrixed organizations with independent drive.

Responsabilidades

• Financial stewardship: manage budgets, track ROI, and craft the financial narrative for reviews.
• Operational rhythm: run recruiting, onboarding, and leadership workshops; drive transparency.
• Executive communication: produce materials and agendas for leadership updates and town halls.
• Strategic planning: support annual and mid-year planning with scorecards and metrics.
• Talent management: run reviews, engage surveys, and drive action items for growth.
• Cross-functional coordination: connect with Chiefs of Staff and Digital/Data/Analytics teams.
