CVS Health is seeking a seasoned Chief of Staff for Healthcare Analytics to own the numbers, processes, and communications that keep the organization funded and running. You will craft executive narratives and lead high-visibility initiatives with senior leadership and partners.

This role collaborates on planning cycles, manages recruiting and onboarding, leads talent reviews, and coordinates across the Digital, Data, Analytics and Technology organization to drive performance and storytelling.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of business leadership experience, including as a Chief of Staff.
• 8+ years of Excel, analytics, and reporting experience.
• 6+ years of managing structured business processes including recruiting and onboarding.
• 6+ years of excellent written communication experience.
• 5+ years thriving in fast-paced, matrixed organizations.

Responsabilités

• Financial stewardship: manage budget across the portfolio and build the financial narrative for budget reviews.
• Operational rhythm: run recruiting, onboarding, and leadership workshops; establish meeting cadence for transparency.
• Executive communication: produce executive-ready materials and town-hall content.
• Strategic planning: support annual and mid-year planning cycles with scorecard updates.
• Talent management: run reviews, analyze engagement surveys, drive actions.
• Cross-functional coordination: connect with peer Chiefs of Staff and broader org to share practices.
• Issue resolution: identify blockers and escalate to the SVP as needed.
