CVS Health is seeking a strategic leader to own the numbers, processes, and executive communications for Healthcare Analytics. You will manage budgets, lead recruiting and onboarding, and craft leadership updates that tell the organization’s story to senior stakeholders.

This high-visibility role requires strong financial acumen, process discipline, and comfort with AI-enabled storytelling to guide the analytics function.

Competenze

• 10+ years of business leadership experience, incl. Chief of Staff, with budget, ops, and exec communications.
• 8+ years of Excel and analytics experience with ROI tracking and executive insights.
• 6+ years managing structured business processes: recruitment ops, onboarding, governance.
• 6+ years of excellent written communication with minimal guidance from senior leaders.
• 5+ years thriving in fast-paced, matrixed organizations, driving results independently.
