Qualifications

• 10+ years of business leadership experience including as a Chief of Staff.
• 8+ years of Excel, analytics, and reporting experience, with strong financial acumen and ROI tracking.
• 6+ years managing structured business processes, including recruiting operations and onboarding, with execution discipline.
• 6+ years of excellent written communication at executive level with minimal guidance.
• 5+ years thriving in fast-paced, matrixed organizations with independent drive.

Responsibilities

• Financial stewardship: managing the portfolio budget, track ROI, and narrate budget reviews.
• Operational rhythm: run recruiting pipeline, onboarding, and leadership workshops.
• Executive communication: produce executive-ready materials and town hall content.
• Strategic planning: partner on annual and mid-year planning, with scorecards and metrics.
• Talent management: run reviews, engagement analysis, and action items.
• Cross-functional coordination: connect with peer Chiefs of Staff and broader analytics org.
• Issue resolution: identify blockers and escalate to the SVP as needed.
