Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a strategic Chief of Staff for Healthcare Analytics. You will own the numbers that fund the organization, the processes that run day-to-day, and the communications that share its success with senior leadership and partners.

This high-visibility role requires executive presence in writing, budget stewardship, and cross‑functional coordination across Digital, Data, Analytics and Technology.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of business leadership, including as a Chief of Staff, with budget management and executive communications.
• 8+ years of Excel, analytics, and reporting with ROI tracking and executive insights.
• 6+ years managing structured business processes, recruiting operations, onboarding, and governance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee budget across the portfolio and ROI storytelling for budget reviews.
• Coordinate recruiting, onboarding, and leadership workshops to ensure cadence.
• Produce executive-ready communications and town hall content for leadership updates.
• Support annual and mid-year planning with scorecard and metrics tracking.
• Run talent reviews and analyze engagement results to drive actions.
• Coordinate with Chiefs of Staff and the Digital/Data/Analytics organization to share best practices.
