CVS Health seeks an experienced operations and analytics leader to partner with the SVP of Healthcare Analytics. You will own the numbers and the budget, drive the processes that run the function day-to-day, and craft the executive narrative for leadership updates and town halls.

Formación

• 10+ years of business leadership experience, including as a Chief of Staff.
• 8+ years of Excel, analytics, and reporting experience.
• 6+ years of managing structured business processes (recruiting, onboarding, governance).
• 6+ years of excellent written communication experience.
• 5+ years in fast-paced, matrixed organizations.

Responsabilidades

• Financial stewardship: manage capital and operating budget; track ROI and value realization.
• Operational rhythm: run recruiting, onboarding, and leadership onboarding.
• Executive communication: produce executive-ready materials and town hall content.
• Strategic planning and performance management support: aid annual and mid-year planning and scorecards.
• Talent management: run talent reviews and analyze engagement surveys.
• Cross-functional coordination: align with Chiefs of Staff and broader org.
• Issue resolution: identify blockers and escalate to the SVP when needed.
