CVS Health is seeking a strategic leader to serve as a trusted partner to the SVP of Healthcare Analytics. You will own the numbers and budgets that fund the organization, ensuring accountability and clear financial storytelling.

You will manage recruiting, onboarding, and leadership workshops to maintain a high-performing, transparent operating cadence. You will craft executive-ready communications and drive cross-functional collaboration across the Digital, Data, Analytics, and Technology

Qualifications

• 10+ years of business leadership experience, including as a Chief of Staff, with expertise in budget management, operational process development, and executive-level communications.
• 8+ years of Excel, analytics, and reporting experience, with strong financial acumen and a proven ability to track ROI, measure value realization, and deliver executive insights.
• 6+ years of experience managing and optimizing structured business processes, including recruiting operations, onboarding programs, and cross-functional governance, with a proven ability to drive execution and operational excellence.
• 6+ years of excellent written communication experience, with a proven ability to develop executive-ready materials with minimal guidance from senior leaders.
• 5+ years of experience thriving in fast-paced, matrixed organizations, with a proven ability to drive results independently and without direct team support.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the processes that keep operations running day-to-day.
• Develop executive communications and leadership updates for stakeholders.
• Support annual and mid-year planning cycles with goal setting and scorecard tracking.
