CVS Health is seeking a senior leader in Healthcare Analytics who will own the numbers, budgets, and performance narratives that guide the organization. You will partner with the SVP to shape strategy, manage talent, and deliver executive-ready communications across the enterprise.

This role emphasizes cross-functional coordination, planning cycles, and driving results through disciplined processes and AI-enabled storytelling.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years leadership, budget management, and exec communications.
• 8+ years Excel, analytics, ROI tracking and executive insights.
• 6+ years optimizing structured processes incl. recruiting & onboarding.
• 6+ years executive-level written communications with minimal guidance.
• 5+ years thriving in fast-paced, matrixed organizations.

Aufgaben

• Oversee capital and operating budgets, ROI tracking, and budget narratives.
• Run recruiting, onboarding, and leadership workshops; maintain cadence.
• Produce executive-ready updates and town hall content for leadership.
• Support annual and mid-year planning cycles with scorecards and metrics.
• Lead talent reviews, analyze engagement surveys, drive actions.
• Coordinate with Chiefs of Staff and Digital/Data/Analytics teams.
• Identify blockers and escalate to the SVP when needed.
