Qualifications

• 10+ years of business leadership experience, including as a Chief of Staff.
• 8+ years of Excel, analytics, and reporting experience with ROI tracking.
• 6+ years of managing structured business processes including recruiting and onboarding.
• 6+ years of excellent written communication experience.
• 5+ years thriving in fast-paced, matrixed organizations with independent work.

Responsibilities

• Financial stewardship: manage budgets, track ROI, and build the financial narrative.
• Operational rhythm: run recruiting, onboarding, and leadership workshops.
• Executive communication: produce executive-ready materials and town hall content.
• Strategic planning: support annual/mid-year planning with scorecards and metrics.
• Talent management: run reviews, calibrations, and engagement action items.
• Cross-functional coordination: align with Chiefs of Staff and data/analytics teams.
• Issue resolution: identify blockers and escalate to the SVP as needed.
