This senior role reports to the SVP of Healthcare Analytics, owning budgets, processes, and executive communications, while partnering on planning, performance, and talent management across the organization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of business leadership including Chief of Staff experience.
• 8+ years of Excel, analytics, and reporting with ROI tracking.
• 6+ years managing structured processes like recruiting and onboarding.
• 6+ years of excellent written executive communications.
• 5+ years thriving in fast-paced, matrixed organizations.

Responsibilities

• Own financial stewardship across the portfolio and budget narratives.
• Lead recruiting, onboarding, and leadership on-site workshop activities.
• Produce executive-ready communications and town hall content.
• Support strategic planning, budgeting and scorecard updates.
• Run talent reviews, analyze engagement data, and drive actions.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Chiefs of Staff and IT/Analytics.
• Identify blockers and escalate to the SVP as needed.
