Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a Chief of Staff to directly support the VP of Engineering, AI/ML, and help drive strategic priorities across product and engineering. This role requires a detail-oriented, experienced assistant or PM with resilience and humor, able to translate strategy into measurable outcomes.

The Chief of Staff will shape agendas, manage operating cadences, and ensure accountability across teams, while surfacing risks and dependencies to keep initiatives on track.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, CS, Business or related discipline; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
• 6+ years of experience in Chief of Staff, program management, product/engineering operations, or related roles.
• Strong familiarity with product and engineering organizations, ideally in cloud infrastructure or AI/ML.
• Experience building operating cadences, executive agendas, and cross-functional coordination.
• Proven ability to track, report, and drive execution against OKRs or similar frameworks.
• Exceptional organizational skills with strong follow-through on decisions and actions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for executive audiences.
• High discretion and professionalism with senior leaders and sensitive information.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and fast-paced environments with a bias toward action.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning, agenda management, and cross-functional coordination across product and engineering.
• Own executive OKR reporting, risks, and mitigation narratives; drive accountability.
• Design and manage cadences for staff meetings, reviews, roadmaps, and leadership offsites.
• Capture decisions, assign owners, deadlines, and ensure follow-through on actions.
• Partner with leadership on organizational design and scaling initiatives.
