Weave is seeking a Chief of Staff to the CEO in a hybrid role based in San Francisco. You will own the operating system, build scalable processes, and drive high-impact cross-functional initiatives across product, engineering, and commercial teams.

You will lead special projects, guide executive decision-making with data, and responsibly deploy AI to boost efficiency while preserving strategic objectives.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Drive execution on company priorities with clear plans, milestones, owners, and next steps.

• Employ AI to increase capacity and velocity without compromising business objectives.
• Prepare leadership for key decisions by structuring options and context.
