Job summary

Weave is seeking a Chief of Staff to the CEO to own the operating system and lead high-impact projects. You will turn ambiguous priorities into concrete plans, run KPI reporting, and ensure execution across Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing.

You will also drive AI-enabled improvements while maintaining focus on strategic objectives. The role requires a track record of cross-functional leadership, data-driven decision making, and exceptional communication.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of professional experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 5–7 years with an MBA.
• Experience operating in a B2B SaaS environment, ideally at a startup or high-growth company.
• Track record turning ambiguities into executable plans and measurable outcomes.
• History of leading cross-functional projects with executives.
• Exceptional organizational skills and operational discipline.
• Strong business judgment and influence without formal authority.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset; data-driven decisions.
• Bias toward action and willingness to dive into detail when needed.

Responsibilities

• Drive execution on company priorities by turning ambiguous priorities into clear plans with milestones and owners.
• Build and run Weave's operating system, including planning, KPI reporting, and scalable processes.
• Lead special projects from concept through execution with cross-functional collaboration.
• Creatively and effectively employ AI to increase capacity and velocity without derailing objectives.
• Increase leadership leverage by preparing executives with structured options for key decisions.
