GSW, powered by Syneos Health is seeking a VP of Integrated Strategy to drive the brand and new business strategy across healthcare brands in the US. The leader will articulate a compelling strategic vision, supervise a team of senior strategists, and align cross-functional partners to deliver outcomes that matter to clients.

The role requires 12+ years in brand/communications/CX strategy with healthcare agency experience, plus 8+ years in leadership.

Qualifikationen

• 12+ years of experience in brand, communications, or CXStrategy, with at least 5 years in a healthcare advertising agency.
• Healthcare acumen across therapeutic categories; US market launches in pharma/biotech; DTC and HCP experience.

• Act as strategic authority across assigned brands and provide clear direction.
• Architect and oversee brand, creative, communications, and omnichannel strategies.
• Identify opportunities for SH proprietary data, predictive platform, and other offerings.
• Lead new business pitches with a winning strategic vision.
