Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing, or a related discipline; equivalent education and experience will be considered.
• 10+ years of progressive OEM sales leadership experience with demonstrated success leading high-performing B2B sales organizations.
• Experience commercializing technical or engineered products within OEM markets such as RV, automotive, marine, industrial.

Responsabilités

• Provide leadership, direction, coaching, and development for the OEM Sales organization.
• Develop and execute strategic account growth initiatives to strengthen OEM partnerships.
