Qualifications

• 10+ years in aerospace aftermarket, defense supply chain, or OEM product management, with international exposure.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Deep expertise in military aircraft platforms, FAR/DFARS, and ITAR compliance.

Responsibilities

• Strategy & Growth: Design and execute global product line strategies, growth roadmaps, and pricing models for military aerospace OEM lines.
• Supplier Management: Lead contract negotiations, quarterly business reviews, and strategic alignment with global OEM manufacturing partners.
• Portfolio Lifecycle: Oversee new product introductions, inventory optimization, catalog expansion, and phase-out processes for legacy and advanced military parts.
• Inventory Management, Forecasting, and Data Analytics: Manage large lists of parts and pricing data using MS Excel and ERP systems; create line of balance analysis.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with global sales, supply chain, QA, and technical support to meet defense contract requirements.
• Sales, Business Development, and Marketing Product Line Training: Create sell sheets, line cards, presentations; develop OEM product line training materials.
• Compliance & Quality: Ensure all OEM parts meet ITAR, FAR/DFARS and aerospace quality standards; assist Export Compliance with ECCNs/USML codes.
