Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Business, Engineering, Operations or related field.
• 5–7 years of progressive business development or commercial leadership.
• 3–5 years in sales planning, forecasting, and strategy.
• Experience negotiating complex contracts and pricing terms.

Responsibilities

• Owns strategic OEM partner relationships and aligns with executive leadership.
• Develops strategies to expand OEM programs and secure new platforms.
• Builds senior-level relationships with OEM executives and dealer networks.
• Leads commercial negotiations, pricing, and contract terms.
• Coordinates cross-functional teams to launch programs and manage risk.
• Plans annual business priorities with revenue, margin, and inventory alignment.
• Drives program adoption, market performance, and governance cadences.
• Travel regularly to Detroit, OEM offices, and regional locations.
