Job summary

PAM Health Specialty Hospital of Jacksonville is seeking an experienced Nursing Administrator to lead the facility's nursing service. You will direct staff allocation, ensure safe patient care, and uphold PAM Health standards across accreditation guidelines.

The role requires a Florida RN license, a Master’s degree (or progression toward one), and at least five years of clinical nursing with three years in management. BLS and ACLS are required; various certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of Florida.
• Minimum five years of clinical nursing experience.
• Three years in nursing management preferred.
• Master’s degree or active progression toward one is required.
• BLS and ACLS certification are required.
• Specialist certifications (CNE/CRRN/CCRN/PCCN) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directs all nursing service activities for the facility assigned by making recommendations for staff/patient ratios.
• Maintain a system to determine and provide adequate staff for provision of appropriate nursing care.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures for nursing service in compliance with PAM Health system policies and procedures and accreditation standards.

Education

Master’s Degree in Nursing

Nursing degree at any level (AD/ Diploma/ BSN/ MSN)

Active RN license

Current BLS and ACLS

Certification in CNE/CRRN/CCRN/PCCN (preferred)
