Job summary

PAM Health is seeking a Nursing Director to direct all nursing services, ensuring safe staffing and high-quality patient care. You will lead staffing strategies, oversee policy development, and drive compliance with PAM Health standards across the facility.

Requirements include an RN license, a Master’s degree or progress toward one, and at least five years of clinical nursing with leadership experience. BLS/ACLS current credentials are required, with advanced certifications preferred.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state.
• Master’s Degree or active progression toward a Master’s Degree is required.
• Minimum five years of clinical nursing experience; three years in nursing management preferred.
• Current BLS and ACLS required; certifications such as CNE/CRRN/CCRN/PCCN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directs all nursing service activities for the facility.
• Determines staff/patient ratios and ensures adequate staffing.
• Develops and implements nursing service policies and procedures.
