Job summary

PAM Health Specialty Hospital of San Antonio in Texas seeks an experienced RN Nurse Manager to lead nursing services, ensure staffing levels, and uphold high standards of patient care.

You will develop policies, mentor staff, and implement PAM Health procedures in compliance with accreditation standards. A Master's degree and RN license are required, with five years of clinical nursing and three years in management preferred.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state.
• Master’s degree or progress toward a Master’s Degree required.
• Minimum five years of clinical nursing experience; three years in nursing management preferred.
• Current BLS and ACLS required; certification in a specified field preferred (CNE, CRRN, CCRN, PCCN).

Responsibilities

• Directs all nursing service activities for the facility by making recommendations for staff/patient ratios.
• Maintain a system to determine and provide adequate staff for provision of appropriate nursing care.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures for nursing service in compliance with PAM Health system policies and procedure and accreditation standards.
