Job summary

Ascension Milwaukee seeks a senior clinical leader to provide the organization’s clinical vision and oversee clinical activities and quality across the system. Located in Milwaukee, WI, this role is eligible for an annual bonus incentive and involves directing clinical direction and quality initiatives.

The role requires Physician MD/DO licensure in Wisconsin, a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred), and 10 years of experience with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.

• Experience leading clinical direction and quality improvement initiatives is expected.

What Minimum Requirements You’ll Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Wisconsin Medical Examining Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education

• Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree preferred.

Work Experience

• 10 years of experience required.
• 15 years of experience preferred.
• 5 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
