Job summary

Longitude Rx seeks a Senior Vice President of Market Access to lead strategy that expands patient access to specialty medications while ensuring affordability and clinical oversight. Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership in market access, payer strategy, or specialty pharmacy.
• Experience in startup or health-tech environments is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive market access strategy.
• Lead payer contracting with commercial, government, and specialty payers.
• Negotiate manufacturer agreements to expand access and reimbursement.
• Oversee reimbursement processes to accelerate time-to-therapy and reduce patient cost burden.
• Build and lead a market access team and collaborate with stakeholders across the organization.
