Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, finance, life sciences, public health or related field.
• 12+ years in patient support, affordability programming, healthcare operations, market access or related field.
• 7+ years of leadership experience with cross-functional and external vendor coordination.
• Experience leading copay, patient assistance, free-drug, bridge and other programs.
• Strong leadership, vendor management, analytics, and cross-functional influence.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the U.S. PSP affordability strategy and roadmap.
• Lead design and optimization of copay, patient assistance, free-drug, bridge and related programs.
• Establish governance, procedures, escalation, and compliance for program execution.
• Build and develop a high-performing team across affordability strategy, operations, analytics.
• Partner with Finance, Legal, OBIE, and other stakeholders to align programs with objectives.
• Oversee external vendors with governance routines and performance standards.
• Define vendor SLAs and monitor performance; ensure training on requirements and compliance.
• Drive analytics, reporting, trends, barriers, risks and improvement plans.
