Job summary

Servier is seeking a Senior Director of Access Strategy in the U.S. to translate brand strategy into market access solutions and lead the Access Strategy team.

You will collaborate across policy, payer, and commercial teams to drive lifecycle plans for a multi-product portfolio while aligning with broader corporate priorities. The role requires 12+ years in pharma/biotech with substantial market access experience and strong leadership, policy, and strategic thinking skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 12+ years in pharma/biotech with at least 8 years in Market Access.
• Experience leading market access teams and strategies in healthcare (oncology/neurology/rare diseases preferred).
• Deep understanding of healthcare policy, pricing, and market access dynamics.
• Excellent collaboration and communication across diverse functions.
• Strong strategic thinking and proactive decision-making in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Translate Brand imperatives into access solutions with cross‑functional collaboration.
• Coordinate access planning and lifecycle plans for the full portfolio.
• Lead the Market Access Strategy team and develop talent.
• Monitor shifts in healthcare policy, pricing strategies, and barriers.
• Develop economic value stories and payer materials for stakeholders.
• Align evidence generation with market access needs across teams.
• Coordinate with Global Market Access and support pipeline and BD deals.
