Job summary

Pharmacosmos Therapeutics Inc. in Morristown, NJ seeks an Executive Director/VP, Market Access to drive payer access and patient access programs. You will lead a nationwide team, align with commercial, legal and compliance, and expand formulary coverage for the portfolio.

You will shape strategies to maximize patient access, contract with payors, and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements while mentoring a high-performing team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 20 years of pharmaceutical industry experience.
• Minimum 10 years of pharmaceutical Market Access experience.
• Buy-and-bill experience preferred including ONC/HEM is a plus.
• Strong analytical and business acumen; leadership across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed national sales and market access objectives including revenue and profitability.
• Lead Payor National Account Team to maintain access and reimbursement for the portfolio.
• Develop and expand formulary coverage and reimbursement with insurers and PBMs.
• Oversee Patient Services team and ensure patient access strategies are executed.
