Job summary

Center for Social Dynamics (CSD) is seeking a visionary Vice President of Learning and Development to lead enterprise-wide L&D strategy. This leader will design scalable onboarding, competency frameworks, and professional development programs across all service lines and locations.

The role requires 5+ years in senior L&D leadership, mastery of instructional design, data-driven assessment, and change management.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Education, Curriculum & Instruction, Instructional Design, Organizational Development, Applied Behavior Analysis, or related field.
• BCBA preferred; equivalent leadership and workforce development experience will be considered.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership experience in learning and development.
• Experience leading enterprise-level onboarding, training, competency management, and professional development programs.
• Strong knowledge of instructional design, adult learning theory, organizational psychology, and change management.
• Experience managing learning management systems and other learning and training technologies.
• Proven ability to use data and learning analytics to evaluate program effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
• Exceptional presentation, facilitation, coaching, communication, and executive leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish and execute enterprise learning and development strategy aligned with organizational priorities.
• Create long-term vision for employee growth and leadership readiness.
• Oversee onboarding, training experiences, and competency-based pathways.
• Provide strategic oversight of CSD University and career progression frameworks.
• Lead leadership development programs and executive training initiatives.
• Develop talent pipelines and succession planning across roles.
• Partner across clinical, operations, talent, quality, compliance, and technology teams.
• Represent CSD at conferences and external partnerships.
