Job summary

• Significant experience leading Learning and Development in a corporate setting.
• Proven ability to build and lead high-performing L&D teams.
• Experience developing and executing learning strategies aligned to business priorities.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior leaders.
• Ability to diagnose performance needs and translate them into scalable solutions.
• Experience measuring learning impact with data and business results.
• Demonstrated capabilities in strategy, change leadership, and program management.
• Experience managing learning technologies, external partners, and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Set and lead the enterprise Learning and Development strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Advise senior leaders on performance needs and translate challenges into scalable solutions.
• Lead and develop the L&D team with clear priorities and standards.
• Oversee leadership development, onboarding, curriculum, and content development.
• Establish metrics to evaluate learning effectiveness and business impact.
• Build and manage the L&D operating model, including resources, technology, vendors, and budget.
• Partner with HR and business units on talent development, engagement, and organizational effectiveness.
• Identify opportunities to modernize learning practices and tools for accessibility and scalability.
