Traditions Hospitality Group is seeking a Learning & Development Manager to elevate training across our hospitality teams. The role blends operations, leadership development, and learning technology to create practical programs that staff will actually use.

You will design engaging training for F&B and hotel teams, manage our LMS, and develop digital content. A strong background in hospitality and data-driven learning is essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive Learning & Development experience in hospitality.
• Strong hospitality operations knowledge.
• Proficient with LMS and instructional design.
• Experience with data analytics to measure training impact.
• Comfortable with technology and quick to learn systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop engaging training for Food & Beverage and hospitality teams.
• Help lead and maximize our LMS and learning technology.
• Create digital, video, microlearning, and interactive training content.
• Use data and analytics to measure training effectiveness.
• Explore AI and automation in Learning & Development.
• Build leadership development programs and strengthen our leadership bench.
• Turn manual training processes into modern, tech-enabled solutions.
• Partner with HR and Operations to identify performance gaps and develop solutions.
• Help managers and employees adopt new technology and processes.
