Job summary

Mountain America Credit Union seeks a VP of Employee Experience (HR) Technology to align and advance an enterprise HR technology and AI vision that elevates the employee experience across the organization. The role collaborates with data, operations, and the business to deliver scalable, integrated HR solutions and to lead a strategic technology team.

Reporting to the VP of Human Resources, this leader blends strategy, product leadership, and governance to ensure HR technology drives innovation

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading technology initiatives (HR tech preferred).
• 5+ years Product Management for enterprise-scale solutions.
• 5+ years in leadership roles overseeing product teams.

Responsibilities

• Own and advance HR technology and AI strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy, governance standards, and risk management expectations.
• Shape and lead AI governance for HR, including ethical use, data security, compliance, approval processes, and ongoing oversight.
• Architect a cohesive digital employee experience across the full employee lifecycle, ensuring solutions are intuitive, scalable, and effective.
• Develop, evolve and maintain an integrated HR technology/AI roadmap prioritizing initiatives based on business value, employee experience, and operational impact.
• Lead and manage the HR product management and system analyst team(s), setting clear priorities, expectations, and performance outcomes.
• Develop and coach well-trained, motivated, and professional staff while establishing credibility as an effective and responsive technology partner.
