• Manages conflict and complaint resolution and maintains effective communication channels.
• Keeps staff current with clinical information and practices; ensures adequate staffing.
• Oversees staff development, orientation, in-service training and competency testing.
• Ensures interdisciplinary care and coordination with other departments and senior management.
• Maintains data collection and regular reporting to the Governing Body.
• Oversees space, equipment and supplies and coordination with vendors.

Ausbildung

Bachelor’s degree in business administration

Master’s degree in a health care-related field preferred
