Job summary

CEI is seeking a strategic Vice President to own the Healthcare Business Unit P&L, drive revenue growth, and expand client relationships. You will shape AI-enabled healthcare solutions and lead cross-functional teams across sales, delivery, and strategy.

You will collaborate with C-level healthcare stakeholders, build scalable operating models, and mentor a high-performing, hybrid team while advancing value-based care and interoperability initiatives.

Qualifications

10–15+ years of experience in consulting, technology services, or digital transformation.
Proven track record of owning P&L and delivering revenue growth ($10M+ preferred).
Strong experience in healthcare domain (providers, payers, life sciences).
Demonstrated success in enterprise sales and client relationship management.
Experience leading large, complex transformation programs.
Deep understanding of AI, data, and modern engineering ecosystems.
Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Own and drive full P&L for the Healthcare Business Unit and align growth with profitability targets.
Lead sales pipeline, from opportunity identification through deal closure, and expand key accounts.
Partner with marketing and alliances to craft go-to-market strategies and capture new business.
Oversee delivery governance, risk management, and client satisfaction across programs.
Champion AI-first solutions, GenAI, predictive analytics, and automation in healthcare contexts.
