Job summary

Brain Co. is building AI-native operating systems for large, regulated institutions. We enable government and enterprise workflows with Atlas, a secure, flexible platform designed to scale nationally and beyond. This role leads our government technology business, owning strategy, revenue, partnerships, and the team.

You will scale traction across cities, states, and new government areas where the need is urgent, shaping how public-sector clients adopt production-ready AI in a measurable way.

Qualifications

• Ideally held senior roles in both government and tech, and fluent in both worlds.
• Scaled a software business in regulated or enterprise-heavy industries from early traction to a mature, repeatable revenue engine.
• Led enterprise sales in regulated industries where selling to regulators and the regulated was part of the job.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a sales team that can navigate government procurement and fast-moving commercial deals in US and globally.
• Close anchor contracts with major cities and states, then expand them.
• Turn small pilots into multi-year, enterprise-wide contracts.
• Identify which government workflows to go after next and justify prioritization.
• Serve as the senior relationship holder for government and industry partners.
• Work closely with Product and AI Engineers to ensure solutions meet government needs.
