- Proven track record in senior operational leadership in apparel/retail.
- Strong understanding of supply chain, logistics, and production processes.
- Excellent strategic planning, budgeting, and execution skills.
Responsibilities
- Oversee customer compliance, Sales Operations, Inbound/outbound logistics, import/exports, DC operations.
- Develop strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance productivity.
- Collaborate with CEO and senior management to implement the company’s strategic plan and translate goals into programs.
- Monitor KPIs to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Manage relationships with suppliers and logistics partners and mitigate supply chain risks.
