You will partner with the CEO and senior executives to drive operational excellence, cost efficiency, and supply chain resilience.

• Proven track record of success in a senior operational leadership role within the apparel/retail industry.
• Strong understanding of supply chain management, logistics, and production processes.
• Excellent strategic planning and execution skills.
• Strong financial acumen and budgeting experience.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
• Experience with international business practices due to Perry Ellis International's global presence.

Responsabilités

• Oversee all customer compliance, Sales Operations, inbound/outbound logistics, import/exports, industrial engineering and all distribution center operations.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance productivity.
• Collaborate with CEO and senior management to develop and implement the company's strategic plan.
• Monitor KPIs to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Oversee training, communications, and implementation of customer requirements and SOPs.
• Work with CFO to develop and manage the operational budget.
