Perry Ellis International is seeking a Vice President of E-Retail & Marketplaces to lead growth across Amazon, Walmart, Mercado Libre, TikTok Shop, and Macy’s. The role requires deep e-commerce experience, strong analytical capabilities, and a strategic, data-driven leadership style.

The leader will drive omni-channel expansion, manage CPFR initiatives, optimize digital shelf health, and partner with marketing, social, and licensing teams to scale revenue across brand portfolio.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of dedicated ecommerce management experience with proven results.
• Location commitment: located in or willing to relocate to Miami, FL and presence in office 5 days a week.
• Hands-on knowledge of Amazon Vendor/Seller Central, Walmart Retail Link, Macy’s vendor portals, Mercado Libre, and TikTok Shop Seller Center.
• Advanced Excel and data visualization skills; ability to turn data into actionable business insights.
• Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills with retail partners.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or related field (MBA preferred).

Responsibilities

• Drive growth across Amazon, Walmart, Mercado Libre, TikTok Shop, and Macy’s marketplace channels.
• Oversee end-to-end operational and commercial performance of the marketplace channels.
• Optimize the digital shelf with A+ content, SEO keywords, and review-generation strategies.
• Manage platform advertising budgets (SP, SB, SD, DSP) to maximize ROAS and control TACOS.
• Lead pricing, promotions, and CPFR strategies with major retailers.
• Collaborate with social media, brand marketing, and influencer teams to align promotions and brand messaging.
