Perry Ellis International is seeking a Senior Merchandiser to lead the product lifecycle from concept through sales execution. You will manage calendars, merchandising strategies, pricing, margins, and brand consistency across teams.

Collaborating with design, sales, planning, sourcing, and management, you will ensure profitable assortments and drive market success while mentoring junior staff and coordinating budget planning.

Qualifikationen

• 5–7 years of professional merchandising experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Merchandising (or design-equivalent).
• Strong analytical skills with Retail Math and competitive analysis.
• Deep knowledge of the product development process and brand management.
• Proficient with MS Office and Google applications, especially Excel.

Aufgaben

• Strategy & Profitability: Execute seasonal line plans and merchandising strategies to build profitable assortments and meet margin goals.
• Product Development Management: Oversee design calendar and development to ensure timely completion of products and alignment with brand vision.
• Digital & Selling Tools: Drive digital merchandising using 3D and NuOrder; develop selling tools for digital presentations.
• Leadership & Collaboration: Partner with Design Director, present to accounts, and mentor junior merchandisers.
• Financial Oversight: Manage annual budgets for samples and travel; participate in market budgeting.
