Job summary

Perry Ellis International is seeking a Senior Wholesale Business Planner to lead end-to-end financial planning for a major account or category. You will partner with Sales, Demand Planning, Supply Chain Planning and the account’s Buying and Planning teams to drive sales, margin and inventory strategies.

In this role you will own weekly account analyses, propose pricing and OTB adjustments, and mentor junior planners while delivering data-driven recommendations to optimize profitability and

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in retail merchandise planning or financial planning.
• Advanced proficiency in retail math, OTB management, financial modeling, and Excel.
• Strong written and oral communication with ability to influence leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop and present end-to-end financial plans (sales, margin, inventory, gross-to-net).
• Own weekly analyses of selling reports, identify trends and variances.
• Lead cross-functional planning with Sales, Demand Planning, and Merchandising teams.
• Design ad hoc analyses to support executive decisions and drive improvements.
• Mentor junior planners and lead inventory and OTB management with senior leadership.
