PVHardware is seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer to direct and oversee the financial activities of our United States operations, direct the preparation of current financial reports and summaries, and create forecasts predicting future growth in the United States.

PVH - PVHardware provides innovative solar tracking solutions for the global utility-scale solar market, including trackers, fixed structures and SCADA system. Yet, we are the third largest solar tracker supplier in the world and aiming to be the leader in the industry!

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the Accounting department, budget preparation, and audit functions.
• Direct the preparation of all financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, shareholder reports, tax returns, and governmental agency reports.
• Provide expertise in the identification, application, and optimization of tax credits, ensuring the company benefits from all eligible incentives and compliance with related regulations.
• Compare sales and profit projections to actual figures and budgeted expenses to actual expenses; make or oversee any necessary adjustments to future projections and budgets.
• Collaborate closely with the CEO and other executives to coordinate planning and establish priorities for the planning process.
• Define and supervise processes for obtaining accurate financial and accounting information regarding the group’s activities.
• Review the planning process and recommend improvements to current methods.
• Analyze operations to identify areas for reorganization, downsizing, or elimination.
• Study long-term economic trends and project their impact on future growth in sales and market share.
• Identify opportunities for expansion into new product areas.
• Improve departmental efficiency, communication, and technology workflows.
• Identify areas for efficiency improvements across business unit activities to ensure profitable growth aligned with the business plan.
• Oversee investment of funds and collaborate with investment bankers to raise additional capital for expansion.
• Coordinate the preparation of the annual budgets across all departments, supervise execution, monitor operations, and implement corrective action for deviations.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations affecting the business unit to avoid economic and reputational penalties.

Requirements:

Education:

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance required.

Languages:

• Fluency in English required.
• Spanish fluency highly preferred.

Experience:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial management required.
• Proven expertise in tax credit programs (e.g., federal, state, and local credits), including identification, documentation, and reporting.

Other Skills and Requirements:

• Must have a strong knowledge of tax credit mechanisms and experience working with tax advisors and auditors to maximize credit opportunities.
• Excellent management and supervisory skills.
• Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in database and accounting software platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
