One of our companies is currently looking for a Chief Financial Officer in the United States.

This is a high-impact executive role for a strategic finance leader ready to drive the growth of a rapidly scaling AI-powered SaaS organization. As CFO, you’ll oversee financial operations including FP&A, accounting, treasury, tax, investor relations, and legal. You will shape and lead the company’s financial strategy while also serving as a trusted business partner to the CEO and leadership team. The ideal candidate brings strong operational expertise, experience leading finance in high-growth environments, and a passion for using data to drive business outcomes. This role will have a key voice in strategic planning, fundraising, and organizational scalability.

Accountabilities:

• Lead and evolve all financial functions, including FP&A, accounting, legal, treasury, compliance, and investor relations.
• Develop and implement systems to support revenue growth, margin optimization, and financial discipline.
• Partner with executive leadership to align financial strategy with product, GTM, and operational goals.
• Own and optimize SaaS financial modeling and key performance metrics (ARR, CLV, CAC, etc.).
• Shape the company’s financial narrative and manage communications with the board and investors.
• Oversee global finance strategy including compliance and tax across multiple jurisdictions.
• Foster a high-performing, data-driven finance team and instill a culture of accountability and innovation.

• 12+ years of progressive financial leadership, including experience as a CFO or VP of Finance in a high-growth SaaS company.
• Proven success partnering with founders/CEOs and driving strategic initiatives across departments.
• Deep understanding of SaaS financial metrics, FP&A, capital allocation, and operating efficiencies.
• Experience leading investor relations and managing both equity and debt fundraising.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present clearly to stakeholders, board members, and investors.
• Track record of building high-performing finance teams and scaling finance operations through modern tools and automation.
• Global financial oversight experience, including compliance and tax in international markets.
• Strategic thinker with exceptional analytical and data interpretation capabilities.
