Base pay range

$270,000.00/yr - $330,000.00/yr

We are partnered with a multi-site healthcare company in Texas looking for a strategic CFO.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies aligned with the company's growth objectives.
• Provide strategic guidance to the executive team on financial planning, risk management, and investment opportunities.
• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis processes.
• Identify, evaluate, and execute mergers, acquisitions, and partnership opportunities.
• Oversee financial reporting, compliance, and internal controls.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize operational efficiency and reduce costs.
• Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes impacting financial performance.
• Communicate financial performance and strategic initiatives to stakeholders, including the board of directors and investors.
• Promote a data-driven decision-making culture across the organization.
