Our client is a dynamic venture capital firm focused on digital banking. They are currently undertaking a strategic initiative to consolidate several high-potential portfolio companies into a single, publicly traded entity. The role is to serve as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) during the transition and become the CFO of the resulting public company.
Position Summary:
The CFO will play a pivotal role in the financial management and strategic direction of the portfolio companies. This is a unique opportunity to lead a transformative project and build a high-growth public company. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in venture capital or private equity led private companies as well as public company financial management, and have a proven track record of successfully executing large-scale projects. This is a fully remote position.
