Confidential is seeking a Vice President of Engineering & Construction to drive large‑scale fiber network expansion. You will own all engineering and construction activities, translate growth strategies into capital‑efficient plans, and lead a substantial technical workforce and contractor ecosystem.

The role requires executive leadership, strategic planning, and disciplined execution to deliver safe, cost‑effective, high‑quality network builds in a fast‑moving environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, business, or related field.
• 10+ years in OSP engineering and/or construction with increasing leadership responsibility.
• 5+ years managing large teams and contractor networks within capital‑intensive environments.
• Proven track record driving FTTH or major OSP construction programs at scale (cost-per-passing, cycle time).

Responsibilities

• Oversee long-range and annual planning for fiber network expansion programs.
• Translate strategy into executable build plans, production forecasts, and capital deployment.
• Direct all OSP Engineering & Construction functions, including permitting, materials, construction and field operations.
